Technocrats Plasma Systems is also scheduled to open its IPO today, August 14. The issue carries a price band of Rs. 125–132 per share, with an indicated issue size of around Rs. 1,000 cr. The offering is scheduled to close on August 18.
The issue adds another option for investors during a busy primary-market week. As with other new offerings, investors will need to examine the company’s earnings record, debt levels, valuation and expansion plans before taking a subscription decision.
