Tonbo Imaging India, a Bengaluru-based defence electronics company, has fixed its IPO price band at Rs.665–700 per share. The issue is scheduled to open on October 15 and close on October 19, 2026, with the company targeting a valuation of approximately Rs.4,010 crore at the upper end of the price band.
The proposed issue comprises an offer for sale of around 1.22 crore shares by promoters and existing investors. It does not include a fresh issue component, so the company will not receive new capital from the sale of these shares.
Tonbo develops imaging and sensing technologies used in defence and security applications. Investors should consider the company’s financial position, customer concentration, business risks and offer valuation before making an investment decision.
