Varmora Granito Ltd. is set to launch its mainboard IPO on September 22. The company has fixed a price band of Rs.140–148 per share, with the total issue size at approximately Rs.708.02 crore.
The offering includes a fresh issue as well as an Offer for Sale. The company operates in the tiles and bathware segment, and the IPO will remain open until September 24. The shares are scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE.
