Kusumgar is entering the capital market with a mainboard IPO aggregating up to Rs.650 crore. The issue is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1,55,13,126 equity shares, which means the company will not receive any fresh proceeds from the issue and the entire amount will go to the selling shareholders.
Wanbury has released 40.65% promoter pledge, completed debt refinancing and will reduce borrowing costs below 10% from 1st July. It also cleared TGA and Korea FDA inspections, strengthening its earnings outlook. FY27 looks bright and the stock may surpass its 52-week high of Rs.315.
