Hy-Tech Engineers has entered the primary market today with a price band of Rs. 50–53 per share. The IPO is worth around Rs. 135.73 cr. and will remain open until August 27.
Annu Projects is scheduled to open its IPO on August 25. The mainboard issue is valued at around Rs. 175.06 cr., with a price band of Rs. 94–99 per share. The entire issue comprises fresh shares.
India’s primary market is entering a busy phase, with around 10 IPOs expected to raise more than Rs. 3,300 cr. between August 24 and August 31. Mainboard offerings include Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers, Annu Projects and Lumino Industries.
Tempsens Instruments is nearing the end of its IPO subscription period after opening on August 20. The issue has a price band of Rs. 285–300 per share, and recent grey-market indications have remained strong.
