Augmont Enterprises is set to open its IPO tomorrow, August 21. The company has fixed a price band of Rs. 750–788 per share, with the issue size at Rs. 825 cr. The offering comprises a fresh issue of around Rs. 620 cr. and an offer for sale of about Rs. 205 cr.
Augmont operates in India’s integrated precious-metals ecosystem, covering gold and silver-related businesses. The IPO is therefore particularly relevant at a time when bullion prices remain elevated. Investors will need to assess the company’s financial growth, working-capital requirements and valuation rather than relying solely on market sentiment.
