India’s pharmaceutical industry may be on the brink of a breakthrough in its export strategy, following a bold move by China. Beijing has announced a sweeping cut in import duties — slashing the 30 percent tariff on Indian pharmaceutical imports to zero. Jaipur-based Advit Jewels Ltd.has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The offer, with a face value of Rs 10 per equity share, comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.38 crore equity shares. The proceeds from the fresh issuance will be utilized as follows — Rs 65 crore for funding incremental working capital requirements, Rs 65 crore for repayment or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed from scheduled commercial banks, and the balance for general corporate purposes.

As discussed yesterday, market behaviour remained on expected lines during the day, as the continuation of bullish momentum and strong demand took the Nifty rally up to 24995.95 on a successful breakout above 24940, and it closed near our projected level of 25077 at 25077.65.
A series of three consecutive bullish candles on the daily chart indicates strong momentum, suggesting the current uptrend is likely to continue. If Nifty sustains this northward move, then on a decisive breakout above 25124, it may rally further to 25171–25217, while stronger demand could extend gains up to 25263.
After months of anticipation, Tata Capital’s Rs 15,512-crore IPO, the largest issue of the year, opened for subscription on Monday and will close on Wednesday. The grey market premium (GMP) remained subdued at around 2% above the issue price as the IPO opened for bidding. The offer comprises a fresh issue of Rs 6,846 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 8,666 crore by promoter Tata Sons, which currently holds a 95.6% stake in the company.
Gold prices continued their upward trend, with 18-carat (18K) gold now priced at Rs 9,644 per gram, excluding 3% GST and making charges, according to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA). This means buyers must now pay around Rs 96,440 for 10 grams of 18K gold. Just a few days ago, on 3rd October 2025, the rate stood at Rs 9,473 per gram, highlighting a steady rise in gold prices amid changing global and domestic cues.
