Retail major Trent reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with consolidated revenue rising around 18% YoY to Rs. 5,755 cr. and profit increasing to approximately Rs. 518 cr.

Dairy-products manufacturer Milky Mist Dairy Food is preparing to launch its Rs. 1,553-cr. IPO on August 11. The price band has been fixed at Rs. 133–140 per share, with the issue scheduled to close on August 13.
E-commerce logistics platform Shiprocket will open its IPO on August 12. The company has reduced the issue size to around Rs. 1,617.48 cr., with a price band of Rs. 92–97 per share. The offering will close on August 14.
