Technical Summary Nifty CMP 23146.15
As we discussed in the previous report dated 12th October 26 market behavior remained on the expected lines during the week passed by as out of steam running downward movement and interruption to bearish trend by buyers were rallied the nifty up to 23149.85
A strong bullish candle with a prominent lower wick has emerged on the weekly chart of the Nifty. Coinciding with the price action of the preceding two weeks, this formation establishes a trend reversal pattern. Technically the appearance of this pattern near a major support zone indicates severe selling exhaustion and a breakdown of the previous stalemate. Aggressive buyers have stepped in to seize control, creating a robust short-term support for the nifty. If buyers maintain this structural strength, a successful breakout above the immediate resistance zone of 23,297–23,316 is expected to trigger a broader rally. This momentum will likely propel the Nifty toward its sequential targets at 23,449 and 23,600, with an extended potential to test 23,751 should intense buying demand further accentuate.
However for down side 22995 to 22843 may act as immediate supports for the nifty, if break through below these supports and sustain may drift down the nifty up to 22691 to 22541.

Open Interest Analysis:
Nifty 50: The 23,200–23,300 zone should be monitored for call writing and resistance, while 23,000–22,900 is the key support area to monitor for put writing. A sustained move above 23,200, accompanied by call unwinding, could strengthen bullish momentum. Conversely, fresh call writing near resistance and a break below 23,000 could trigger profit-booking.
Bank Nifty: The 56,000–56,200 zone is the immediate resistance area to watch for call writing, while 55,500–55,700 is the key support zone to monitor for put writing. A decisive breakout above 56,000 with call unwinding could improve the outlook. If the index fails to sustain above resistance and breaks below 55,500, consolidation or further weakness may follow.
