FMCG major Marico reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with consolidated net profit increasing 25% YoY to Rs. 630 cr. Revenue rose 22.9% to approximately Rs. 3,957 cr., supported by volume growth and improved operating performance. EBITDA stood at Rs. 819 cr., while the EBITDA margin improved to 20.7%.
The performance reflects continued demand for Marico’s consumer brands and an improvement in profitability. Investors will be watching the company’s premiumisation strategy, rural demand and input-cost environment in the coming quarters. Sustained volume growth combined with healthy margins could remain an important earnings driver for the company during FY27.
