- Advocate K. Satyavrat has filed a PIL on May 4 against the DHFL administrator alleging the various criminal misconduct by him to cause undue gains to Piramal. In the month of December the petitioner wrote a letter to Mof and CBI on which no action was initiated. Admittedly he filed the PIL under section 13 of PC act before Supreme Court seeking directions to CBI to start the investigation.
