- ESM model it self is wrong. They have to take back this ESM model. Already 700 company gone in ESM 1 and ESM 2. In ESM it says market cap required Rs. 500 crores. Bse, nse and sebi has killed so many investors and shareholders and companies.they had Deliberately introduced this model so that crores of investors suffer huge loss. Every where investors and shareholders are shouting and anger very much. So many companies and investors gone to SAT. every investors, shareholders and company circle also go to SAT and fight for them and for investors. In Mumbai SAT office is at earnest house, nariman point.
- On other side whose market cap is above Rs. 500 crores that companies share price rig 1000% to 10000 % but no action front sebi, bse and nse. They had introduced this ESM model deliberately now only so that small cap share price cannot go up and investors cant buy and buy higer value stock and trap. ESM model should be cancelled and take back by bse, nse and sebi.
