Milky Mist Dairy Food has reduced the size of its proposed IPO to around Rs. 1,553 cr. from the earlier target of Rs. 2,035 cr. The reduction follows pre-listing transactions involving a unit of Singapore’s Temasek, which acquired a stake in the company. The IPO is scheduled to open on August 11 and close on August 13, with anchor bidding on August 10.
The revised issue will comprise a fresh issue of around Rs. 1,428 cr. and an offer for sale of Rs. 125 cr. by promoters. The Tamil Nadu-based dairy company is positioning itself around premium and health-focused products such as Greek yogurt and protein-enriched paneer. The company reported FY26 profit growth of 176% and revenue growth of 34%, making the upcoming offering one of the key IPOs to watch this month.
