- ➢ As per market grapevine, many SME stocks are highly manipulated by huge funds via. Dubai. Be alert and strictly
- stay away from trading/investment in all overvalued SME stocks. SEBI is likely to take very strict action against
- artificial manipulation in the SME stocks to protect innocent retail investors.
- ➢ As per a market veteran, two bold actions by the RBI on JM Financial will sharply affect the IPO market. This will
- reduce artificial oversubscriptions and manipulated new listings particularly in the SME IPOs.

- and small-cap stocks recurs every March as small cap & mid-cap stocks crash due to:
- 1. Transfer of huge profits and losses entry.
- 2. Margin closure from 11th to 28th March in almost all small cap/midcap stocks.
