FlySBS Aviation expands its business jet fleet with the induction of a 13-seater Embraer Legacy 650 under dry lease. The jet offers a 3,900-nautical-mile range, enabling non-stop 6-hour flights to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Le Travenues Technology approves a preferential issue of Rs.12,955.63 cr to MIH Investments One B.V. at Rs.280/share, totalling 46,270,092 equity shares. Proceeds will be equally allocated for organic growth, inorganic growth, working capital, and general corporate purposes. MIH will hold a 10.10% stake post-issue and gain one board seat. Management Commentary – TCS to ET NOW
TCS stated that it is undergoing internal transformation to become an AI-led services firm. The company is creating a dedicated AI unit and setting up 1 GW datacenter capacity in India, with an initial 150 MW operational. It plans a capex of $5–6 bn over the next few years. Management highlighted improved Q2 demand and reduced project cancellations.
TCS also aims to drive an AI-first culture, integrating AI across all workflows. Employee learning hours have doubled, and 18,500 employees were hired globally this year. The company expects gradual pickup in discretionary demand and sees India datacenter demand around 10 GW, with 5–6 GW in supply.
