Crude oil prices softened after renewed diplomatic efforts eased concerns over possible disruptions to global energy supplies. Investors welcomed signs of improving dialogue in the Middle East, reducing fears of immediate supply shortages.
For India, lower oil prices are viewed positively because they help moderate inflation, reduce import costs and improve profitability for industries such as aviation, logistics, paints and transportation.
However, analysts caution that geopolitical risks remain elevated and any unexpected escalation could quickly reverse the current trend in global energy markets.
