Indian benchmark indices are expected to begin Tuesday’s session on a cautious note as global markets remain subdued and investors assess the latest corporate earnings. The Nifty 50 ended Monday almost flat at 24,583.80, while the Sensex gained 43.27 points, indicating a relatively stable domestic market despite uncertainty overseas.
The 24,500–24,700 zone is likely to remain important for the Nifty in the near term. Investors will track fresh Q1 FY27 results, foreign institutional flows and developments in the Middle East. Analysts expect stock-specific activity to remain high as the earnings season progresses.
