As we discussed in the previous report dated 22nd June 26 market behaviour remained on the expected lines during the week passed by as sellers test the level of 23829.20 but failed to drift it down further as counter attack of buyers take the rally upto our level of 24390 i.e. made a weekly high of 24378.15.
Alert from 1st July, bank guarantees used by capital market firms must be fully collateral-backed, with at least 50% in cash. This will reduce leverage for brokers and prop firms, raise funding costs and make arbitrage and market-making less profitable.
