Tempsens Instruments (India) opens its IPO today, August 20. The mainboard issue is worth Rs. 650 cr., with a price band of Rs. 285–300 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs. 95 cr. and an offer for sale of Rs. 555 cr., and will remain open until August 24.
Augmont Enterprises is set to open its IPO tomorrow, August 21. The company has fixed a price band of Rs. 750–788 per share, with the issue size at Rs. 825 cr. The offering comprises a fresh issue of around Rs. 620 cr. and an offer for sale of about Rs. 205 cr.
Skyways Air Services is preparing to enter the primary market on August 24. The air-freight forwarding and logistics company has fixed its IPO price band at Rs. 131–138 per share, with the issue size at approximately Rs. 582.8 cr. The issue will close on August 27.
