Investor sentiment improved sharply as Indian equity markets witnessed a strong recovery, with the Sensex gaining more than 600 points while the Nifty comfortably crossed key resistance levels.

Gold prices continued trading near elevated levels as investors maintained exposure to safe-haven assets despite improving sentiment in equity markets.
Silver continued attracting investor interest as improving manufacturing activity boosted expectations for industrial demand. Unlike gold, silver benefits from both investment demand and industrial consumption, making its price movement more dynamic.
Crude oil prices softened after renewed diplomatic efforts eased concerns over possible disruptions to global energy supplies. Investors welcomed signs of improving dialogue in the Middle East, reducing fears of immediate supply shortages.
The Indian rupee traded within a stable range against the U.S. dollar as improved market sentiment and softer crude oil prices supported the domestic currency. Stable foreign exchange reserves and continued participation from domestic investors also helped reduce volatility.
