Infrastructure company NCC started FY27 with a rise in quarterly revenue. Consolidated revenue increased around 12.2% YoY to Rs. 4,912 cr., while EBITDA rose 12.4% to Rs. 443 cr. EBITDA margin improved slightly to 9.01%. However, consolidated net profit declined 1.6% to Rs. 187 cr. from Rs. 190 cr. a year earlier.
Solar manufacturer Premier Energies reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with consolidated net profit rising sharply year-on-year. Latest results show profit at around Rs. 472 cr., representing growth of more than 50%, while revenue increased about 35% to nearly Rs. 2,463 cr.
Hitachi Energy India is in focus today as the company is scheduled to announce its Q1 FY27 financial results. The results are particularly important for investors tracking India’s electricity-transmission and renewable-grid expansion, with the company carrying a substantial order backlog into the new financial year.
The LEAP India IPO opens for subscription today, August 7, marking one of the bigger mainboard offerings in the current primary-market calendar. The company is seeking to raise around Rs. 2,480 cr., with the price band fixed at Rs. 151–159 per share. The issue is scheduled to remain open until August 11.
The Technocraft Ventures IPO also opens today and will remain available for subscription until August 11. The mainboard offering has an issue size of approximately Rs. 237.62 cr., with a price band of Rs. 200–212 per share.
The LAPL Automotive IPO opened on August 6 and continues for subscription today. The SME issue is seeking to raise around Rs. 32.40 cr., with the bidding period scheduled to close on August 10. The company joins a particularly busy SME IPO calendar that also includes Optimystix Entertainment and G V Electricals.
