Lalithaa Jewellery Mart opens its IPO today, August 17, marking one of the biggest primary-market offerings of the week. The company has fixed the price band at Rs. 190–201 per share, with the issue size at approximately Rs. 1,700 cr. The offering comprises a Rs. 1,200-cr. fresh issue and an offer for sale of around Rs. 500 cr.
Horizon Industrial Parks also launches its IPO today. The Blackstone-backed company has fixed the price band at Rs. 57–60 per share and is looking to raise around Rs. 2,600 cr. entirely through a fresh issue. The issue will remain open until August 19.
India’s primary market is heading into another busy week, with seven companies planning IPOs between August 17 and 21 and collectively targeting more than Rs. 6,400 cr. The week begins with Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, followed by Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures.
Shankesh Jewellers is scheduled to open its IPO on August 18. The company has fixed the price band at Rs. 88–93 per share, with the total issue size estimated at Rs. 367.18 cr. The issue includes a fresh component of up to Rs. 274.18 cr. and an OFS component of up to Rs. 93 cr.
Sunshine Pictures is scheduled to open its IPO tomorrow, August 18. The company has set the price band at Rs. 342–360 per share, with an issue size of around Rs. 282.14 cr. The issue will close on August 20.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management, operating as Gaja Capital, will open its IPO on August 19. The issue size is approximately Rs. 550 cr., with a price band of Rs. 152–160 per share. The offering comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs. 450 cr. and an OFS component of Rs. 100 cr.
